Jeremy and Erik start out the podcast discussing putting on the hits, putting on the ritz, Young Frankenstein, high quality equipment vs talent, how to plan an escape route for a poor date, strip poker for the Commodore 64, Google Voice, IP over Miami, inventing letters for sounds that don’t yet have letters and plans are made for the two year anniversary.

TFICast 85: Homogenized Podcast
Jeremy and Erik open the podcast with a bible verse that relates to the lamentations of the women. Then they move into innovations of a deck of cards. Other product innovations are contemplated (most of which involve adding a clock to existing products). They dream of creating the perfect man devoid of milk consumption. Homogenized is defined and Malaise-Away (from Pfizer) is invented. Erik spins out of control talking about cartography and then finishes off with whooping cranes.

Jeremy and Erik talk about Stuff and Black Friday. Jeremy details his three phases of shopping. The Thurmblorters revisit the podcast to defend the name of the Monarchy. The history of the cell phone is detailed starting with government subsidies for cell phones and gifting cell phones to children.

TFI Special 3: Xmas Deux
Just in time to be late for Christmas Jeremy and Erik deliver the second annual Christmas special. It’s short because it was fraught with technical peril and many non-Christmastime ramblings were chopped out. However, Jeremy and Erik re-invent the the origins of Christmas, try to figure out the meaning of Christmas, name about 30 reindeer and perform four different versions of Jingle Bells. All for you.

Jeremy and Erik deliver a conversation about the eating habits of humans and try to compare it to that of pets. What if there was a scientifically engineered kibble for a person to stay fit and trim? TFICast 82: Nucleon
Jeremy and Erik drink homemade wine and submit a randomly interconnected podcast in which they talk about the Ford Nucleon, fusion vs fission, Cash for Clunkers, Fort Hood, aliens and Jesus. Jeremy submits that perhaps we’re at the dawning of the universe and that humans are the most advanced life forms. Then they pontificate whether or not cavemen looked at the stars and are amazed by them. Jeremy talks about the lack of enthusiasm with moon landings. Erik lays out a conspiracy that Disney funded the moon landings.

TFICast 81: Dukakis
Don’t worry! It’s not a politically charged venture back to the late 80s it’s Jeremy and Erik replacing those foul words with DUKAKIS. They Reference many movies while trying to come up with their own movie/short ideas. Movies referred to: Star Wars, Serenity, 12 Angry Man, Magnolia, There Will Be Blood, The Davinci Code, cigarettes and Coffe, Night on Earth, Being John Malkovich, Synechode, NY. They try to frame an outline for a movie idea Jeremy has had for years. The idea of TFICast the movie is talked about. Jeremy and Erik each come up with a movie idea. Jeremy’s idea is following a single dollar bill around town. Erik’s idea is about a missing puzzle piece the happens to be the baby Jesus. Then they try to come up with the next Internet video sensation starting with the antics of Captain Kirks Zany cat.
