The Haunted Buffalo Radio Show 020 – G.H.O.S.T. – Ghost Hunters of The Southern Tier
This weeks episode of The Haunted Buffalo Radio Show brings an evening of spooky doin’s a transpirin’ as I talk with Dawn and George Hoffman of G.H.O.S.T. (Ghost Hunters of the Southern Tier). These fine folks have been investigating the unknown and searching for answers & car keys for longer than I’m allowed to legally say. It was a super fun and entertaining evening, as we discuss some of their favorite haunts, findings and evidence, all from the discomfort of THB way underground studios. Interesting note, during the show I played some of the groups EVP’s and for whatever reason, right before I played them, you can hear them behind my talking … WEIRD RIGHT! I’d suggest it was simply a delay overlap but I didn’t hit go until I was ready, so perhaps I’ll blame gremlins this time. Check out their site and get ready for an hour or good stuff! www.ghosthuntersofthesoutherntier.com P.S. you can listen on Para X Radio website, www.para-x.com and as always, Please send me your paranormal stories so that I can read them to the world on my show! Check www.thehauntedbuffalo.com for submission details.

The Haunted Buffalo Radio Show 018 – Ghost Stories Vol. 03
In this episode, you’ll be ‘treated’ to a few throwback moments of my then 3 year old trick-or-treating, followed by true stories of the unknown from Jake in Buffalo, NY who has seen shadows at his grandfathers house! You’ll be moderately traumatized by Michelle from Franklinville, NY, who, Ouija board in hand, apparently released the Kraken in a local haunted cemetery. You’ll be somewhat muffled, hearing Jennifer from Connecticut talk about her Grandfather, saving her from beyond the grave! You’ll be uncomfortably numb, listening to another Michelle, this time from Fort Erie, Ontario Canada, talk about her haunting experience! Next you’ll get petered out by Pete’s tale of a haunted recording studio in Cleveland, OH! But WAIT, there’s more! The second half is a retro interview that I did for 91.3FM/WBNY. In that I try to explain more of what The Haunted Buffalo is all about, because not only is it a radio show, but it’s also part of a monopoly of music/design/photography/merchandise and more, all based within the common theme of “I don’t know what the heck just happened”. Soooo, pull up a tombstone, tune in to THB for the next hour or so, and let your worries pile up fast, listening to the horrible situations that happen to people. Just don’t forget about the muffins in your oven. As always, if you have a story to submit, please email me at thehauntedbuffalo@gmail.com BE A PART OF IT!
The Haunted Buffalo Radio Show 017 – Paranormal Investigators – G.W.N.Y.P.S!
Here we have the second of probably many installments of fantastic discussion with Dan Klaes, founder of Greater Western New York Paranormal Society and group member Lynn Czekaj (who happened to also be in the movie Sharknado 2)! In this episode we talk about their adventures at Varysburg Hotel, Caz Library, Willows Weep in Indiana & other tidbits of paranormalnormalness, as well as some upcoming goodness at the Williamsville Water Mill Complex. As par for the para-course, the spirits made it a techy mess at first, but it seemed to have quickly shaped up for a fun listen. GWNYPS is a paranormal research group based out of Buffalo, NY. In its field, its widely regarded as a hard working team. In 2013, during the 8 month filming of the Inaugural season of the documentary show Behind the Shadows, the team continued to provide private residential investigations that would sometimes stretch over the course of multiple weeks and over 27 locations. The team never stopped investigating after the filming wrap-up for season one. Within a month, they began filming Behind the Shadows Season 2, which is currently being featured on ParanormalWarehouse.com. Anyway, these guys have a lot of great info and stories to tell and so much to look forward to in the future! Check ‘em out at www.gwnyps.com
The Haunted Buffalo Radio Show 016 – Corvis Nocturnum!
This Week on The Haunted Buffalo Radio Show, my guest is the incomparable Corvis Nocturnum of Dark Moon Press (among many other endeavors). I’ve had the pleasure of meeting up with Mr. Nocturnum on several occasions and if I had to describe him in one word, it would be gentleman. When last we met, I was lucky enough to sit in on his lecture, regarding Haunted Asylums and catch a glimpse of another spark of genius; “Eerie America: Travel Guide of the Macabre”. In this interview, we talk about the origins of Corvis, his early years and enlightenment. We discuss his early love of literature and art, his journey into pursuing such, as his personal obsessions and his current volume of works. We talk for a bit on his ascent into the church of Satan and what that truly means to the layman as well as a bit on vampire subculture. We cap off a lively conversation with talk of his brainchild: “Eerie America, A Travel Guide of the Macabre” in both book and hopefully network television formats. I would like to have dug into his knowledge base of haunted asylums, but we’ll have to save that for another night. If you happen to see that Corvis will be lecturing or speaking in your area, def take the time to stop by for an insightful session on whatever the topic may be. Super worth it! The tune played at the end of the show is aptly titled “Penitentiary”, by the band The Anti-Bodies! Please enjoy!
The Haunted Buffalo Radio Show 015 – Old timey reporting of The Van Horn Mansion!
In this fine episode, I take you back to when I was a mere, roving reporter of the unknown, so unknown that I didn’t even know! Join me for an enjoyable evening (for me anyway) at the Van Horn Mansion in Burt NY, where we talk about the house spirits with those that know them the best, the awesome caretakers of the estate! Hear about the little girl ghost in the coach house, the servant spirits and the whispers of Melinda, vocalized as the wind that flows past the windows on such a dark and star lit stormy night. Enjoy!
The Haunted Buffalo Radio Show 013 – Windy Cemetery Girl & Memento Mori Photography
Attention all Taphophiles! annnnd everyone else … On this episode of The Haunted Buffalo Radio Show, we (the spirits and I, of corpse) have a fascinating sit down with Windy Cemetery Girl … a real renaissance woman who photographs the living for a living, but also hearkens back to that Victorian time and ethic of embracing mortality and finding the extreme beauty & art in death and in the stone that remains. Listen in and hear about bringing what might have been lost, back into the light, to help us Memento Mori …
